1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, using Rainfall, starting a trial, purchasing a membership, or accessing the workspace, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you use Rainfall on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Rainfall service

Rainfall is an AI documentation and visualization workspace for generating docs, diagrams, source-aware answers, templates, and connected-app documentation workflows.

Features may change over time as the product improves. Some features may be marked as beta, preview, or early access.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current so we can contact you about security, billing, and service notices.

4. User content and AI output

You are responsible for the prompts, files, templates, code snippets, integration metadata, and other content you submit to Rainfall.

AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect. You should review generated documentation, diagrams, and answers before relying on them for production, legal, security, financial, or operational decisions.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Rainfall to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, abuse usage limits, scrape the service, or interfere with platform security.

Do not upload content unless you have the right to use it with Rainfall and its service providers for the purpose of providing the workspace.

6. Payments and memberships

Paid memberships are billed according to the plan shown at checkout. Rainfall Pro access is activated after payment confirmation.

Payment processing is handled through Razorpay. Rainfall does not store full card, UPI, banking, or other sensitive payment credentials.

7. Integrations

Connected-app workflows, including Zoho CRM documentation, depend on access granted by you or your organization.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect third-party systems and process their metadata through Rainfall.

8. Intellectual property

Rainfall owns the product, interface, software, branding, and service design. These terms do not transfer Rainfall's intellectual property to you.

You retain rights to your own content. Subject to your plan and these terms, you may use generated output for your internal documentation and business workflows.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access if an account creates security risk, violates these terms, abuses the service, or causes payment or legal issues.

You may stop using Rainfall at any time. Some billing, refund, and data-retention rules may continue to apply after cancellation or account closure.

10. Liability and disclaimers

Rainfall is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainfall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
