How Rainfall delivers Pro access and digital workspace features.

Rainfall is delivered online. This policy explains when membership access becomes available and what to do if payment and workspace access do not match.

Pro access is delivered after payment confirmation.
Most successful payments update the workspace immediately.

1. Digital delivery only

Rainfall is a software and AI workspace. All memberships, features, documents, diagrams, templates, and connected-app workflows are delivered digitally.

No physical goods are sold or shipped through Rainfall, so shipping charges, courier tracking, and physical delivery timelines do not apply.

2. When access is delivered

Free workspace access is available after account creation. Paid Rainfall Pro access is delivered after payment confirmation.

Most successful payments update membership access immediately. Some payments may briefly show as processing until the payment provider confirms the final status.

3. What Pro delivery includes

A confirmed Pro membership unlocks the paid workspace features available for the selected plan, such as higher limits, uploads, templates, advanced documentation workflows, and connected-app features where available.

Plan features can change as Rainfall improves. The membership page describes the current plan positioning and feature set.

4. Delivery issues

If payment is successful but Pro access does not appear in your workspace, report the issue with your account email, plan, payment time, and Razorpay payment id if available.

Rainfall support will use account and payment records to verify the transaction and update access where appropriate.

5. Invoices and confirmation

Payment and membership records are associated with your Rainfall account for support and account history.
